Simon Garabette

Simon Garabette is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and business consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Webhelp since December 2014, Simon has also held the position of Partnership Director. Previously, Simon was a Director at GTS Consultancy Ltd. from December 2013 to February 2022, specializing in business transformation, strategy, and IT management. Simon's earlier roles include significant positions at Aviva plc, including Head of Rehabilitation and Senior Business Transformation Manager, as well as various consulting and managerial roles at Zurich Financial Services and Amlin. Educationally, Simon attended London Business School, the University of Birmingham, and Winchester College.
