Steve Hamilton

Steve Hamilton is an accomplished Information Technology professional serving as the Executive Director of IT Operations at TTEC. They have extensive experience in operations management, project management, and service delivery, having previously held the position of Senior Director of IT Operations at Convergys, where they managed a large team and implemented successful global IT initiatives. Hamilton has a strong background in technical account management and has demonstrated excellence in driving performance and engagement across diverse teams. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
