Timothy Chapman

Timothy Chapman serves as the Head of Talent EMEA and Supporting Consultant for India at TTEC since May 2018. Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for the UK & Ireland at Sitel from November 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team of 28 in recruitment and talent functions, implementing effective attraction strategies, and developing selection methods to enhance recruitment processes. Timothy's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Bristol. Additionally, Timothy is pursuing CIPD qualifications and holds a diploma in Public Relations.
