With a solid background in financial services, customer service, and sales, Tom has held senior leadership roles at Wachovia Bank and TeleTech, managing large operations and improving profitability in various sectors. They possess extensive experience in mortgage banking, IT project management, and retail store operations, complemented by an educational background in Economics from the University of Oregon. Currently, Tom continues to contribute to Tectonic's growth and operational excellence since 2016.
