Zanele Mbambo

Zanele Mbambo is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer service, demand generation, and administrative roles. At WMAmerica, Zanele served as a Demand Generation Executive from September 2022 to February 2024, while also working as a Lead Generation Specialist at Rankcom during the same period. Previous roles include Card Retention at Nedbank (July 2014 - February 2017), Administrative Officer at Crongwe Cooperative (January 2018 - March 2020), and Debt Collection for Edcon (January 2007 - February 2008), where Zanele rehabilitated customer accounts. Zanele's customer service expertise was further demonstrated at MTN (February 2009 - April 2010) and currently at TTEC as a Customer Service Specialist for DISH TV. Zanele holds a Matric certificate from Lofentse Girls High School and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Durban Institute of Technology.
