Lauren Solosky

Lauren Solosky, MHRM, SPHR, STA, is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at TTG Imaging Solutions since December 2022, Lauren leads recruitment initiatives for a top-tier molecular imaging and nuclear medicine company. Previous experience includes positions as People Operations Business Partner at Argo AI, where responsibilities focused on People Operations for software engineering teams until the company's dissolution. Prior to that, Lauren was Supervisor of Talent Acquisition at WVU Medicine, managing a team of 10 recruiters for various departments within a Trauma Level I Academic Medical Center. Lauren also held the role of Director of Human Resources at HCR ManorCare, overseeing HR operations and payroll, and has experience in recruitment and employee relations with Old Navy and as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a BA in English and History from Saint Vincent College.
