Ashish Karnik

Ashish Karnik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ashish started their career at Thermax Limited as a Senior Executive in 1994, where they worked on various projects until 2002. After that, they joined Whirlpool Corporation and held multiple roles, including Senior Manager - Engineering in Michigan, USA, from an unknown start date until 2023. In this role, they managed and developed a global team, established a Global Verification and Validation Center of Excellence lab, and implemented a Competency Management system. Ashish also served as General Manager/Director - Engineering in India from an unknown start date until 2013, where they led various programs and served on global leadership teams. Most recently, Ashish Karnik has joined TTI Floor Care North America as the Director - Global Test Engineering from January 2023.

Ashish Karnik holds a BSc[Tech] degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Ashish completed an Accelerated Management Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business in 2008. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as mentoring, cloud architecture, systems engineering, models in engineering, software quality, and agile team management.
