Kenisha Middlebrooks has extensive experience in customer experience management, particularly in the home appliance industry with TTI Floor Care North America since February 2012. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Experience and Manager of Commercial Warranty, Kenisha has effectively implemented strategies that reduced direct free goods costs by over $1M and developed a new warranty service plan that improved operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Associate Manager of Customer Care, where Kenisha was responsible for warranty distribution and customer satisfaction across the US and Canada, and Technical Service Supervisor, overseeing the transition of teams to remote work. Kenisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Tennessee Technological University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Volunteer State Community College.
