Rafael Secundo

Rafael Secundo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rafael is currently working at TTI Floor Care North America as a Lead Engineer. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Project Engineer at the same company. Before joining TTI Floor Care North America, Rafael worked at Aris Training as the Director of Product Engineering. Rafael also has experience working at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Senior Product Engineer, where they led a team and collaborated with different departments. Rafael served as a Quality Control Manager and Focus Factory Manager at KaVo Kerr, where they managed teams and implemented plans to support corporate objectives. Rafael was also a Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management, pursuing dual degrees in engineering and management. Additionally, Rafael worked as a Graduate Research Fellow at Quest Diagnostics, an R&D Supervisor at Agilent Technologies, and a Product Development Engineer at Lytron. Rafael started their career at Triumph Group as a Design and Development Engineer, where they began as a Co-op Student and progressed to a full-time position, designing aerospace hydraulic systems.

Rafael Secundo completed their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Operations Management and Supervision. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from 2001 to 2006 at North Carolina State University.
