Manas Martha

Manas Martha's work experience includes being the Chief Human Resources Officer at TTK Prestige Ltd, where they headed the HR&IR function for India's largest kitchen appliances company. Manas also was the General Manager - HR(S&M Organisation) at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, leading the HR department for the sales and marketing organization. Prior to that, they were the Head - Business HR(Southern Region) at Tata Motors Ltd, overseeing the HR agenda for the commercial organization in the southern region. Manas also served as the General Manager - Human Resources(Circle HR Head - Karnataka) at Vodafone Idea Limited, managing the HR function for the Karnataka Circle. Manas began their career at Schneider Electric in various HR roles within the centre of excellence. Manas has a total of over 20 years of experience in the field of HR.

Manas Martha completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from IIPM New Delhi between 1994 and 1996. Manas also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Chemistry from Utkal University.
