Rekha Maheswari

Rekha joined TTK Services in 2008 as a Company Secretary. Her knowledge of corporate law, professional ethics, and POSH gave her the opportunity to handle the legal and compliance portfolio too. She plays a crucial role in advising the management team on corporate legal and compliance matters.

Specialized in statutory compliance, legal matters, company secretarial, corporate compliance, and contract management, she displays good leadership skills and takes a keen interest in learning new things. She is always level-headed in her approach and carries her responsibilities with ease.

She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University.
