Tom Herman

Tom Herman is a highly experienced software tester and test leader with a diverse background in testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Software Tester at Van de Velde and Axxes IT Consultancy since January 2024, Tom also operates as the owner of Kapla Consulting GCV and holds a longstanding role as an Experienced Test Leader at The Test Leaders since October 2012. Previous experience includes leading testing efforts for GIPOD and KLIP projects at Informatie Vlaanderen and coordinating tests for the ULMO application at Fluxys. With a solid foundation in test process improvement and coordination in agile environments, Tom has demonstrated expertise in managing teams and delivering quality software solutions. Academically, Tom holds a Master's degree in Bio-engineering from Ghent University and graduated with a focus on Latin and mathematics from Atheneum Voskenslaan.
