Hannah Rucker

Hannah Rucker has a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Hannah has held leadership roles at various companies, including TTM Technologies, AIS Healthcare, Flowserve Corporation, PepsiCo, Deloitte, and Accenture. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for implementing talent strategies, leading talent reviews and succession planning, designing and delivering training programs, and driving organizational change. Rucker's expertise in these areas has made their a valuable asset to the companies they have worked for.

Hannah Rucker holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Behavioral and Management from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, and in Emotional Intelligence - EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2019.
