Michelle Knepp

Michelle Knepp, CPA, CFE, CIA, serves as the Director of Global Corporate Audit & Compliance at TTM Technologies since 2025. Knepp's extensive experience includes roles as Audit Manager at MGO (2004-2017), where leadership involved various governmental client assurance engagements, and as Chief of Internal Audit at Aerojet Rocketdyne (2021-2023), managing the Internal Audit function and developing audit strategies. Previously, Knepp held the position of Manager of Internal Audit, focusing on planning and coordinating audits, including SOX testing. Most recently, Knepp was the Director of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting & SOX Compliance at L3Harris Technologies (2023-2024), overseeing internal controls and risk assessments across multiple business segments. Knepp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Humboldt State University.
