Vitaly Libman

Vitaly Libman has a strong background in contract administration and law, with significant experience in both the private and public sectors. Vitaly most recently served as the Director of Global Contract Administration at TTM Technologies, a role they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Global Contract Administration at the same company from July 2017 to October 2023.

Before joining TTM Technologies, Vitaly worked as an Associate at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP from June 2015 to July 2017. Vitaly also served as an Associate at Thompson Coburn LLP from September 2012 to June 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Hampshire from August 2010 to September 2012, and as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York from June 2009 to August 2009.

Vitaly began their legal career as a Legal Intern at Brand Glick and Brand from June 2008 to August 2009. Their diverse work experience in contract administration and law has equipped him with a wide range of skills and expertise in the field.

Vitaly Libman earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Vitaly then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from St. John's University School of Law, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010.
