Yusuf Kıraç graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1994. He started his career at Siemens in 1996, then worked as Planning and Integration Management Manager, and then continued with the same title at Nokia Siemens Networks.

Starting to work at Türk Telekom in 2008, Kıraç took part in the team that carries out successful transformation projects that progressed in Türk Telekom's All IP architecture with the Rural Transformation, Türk Telekom NGN and Fiber Transformation projects. He assumed the role of Network Director in 2010 and led many projects that brought profitability and capacity to Türk Telekom, such as Fiber Transformation, DWDM, MPLS, DC Transformation and TTVPN. Between 2010-2014, in addition to his current duty, he also served as the Chairman of the NANI Working Group of the European Telecommunication Operators Organization ETNO, headquartered in Brussels. During his presidency, at ETNO on numbering and addressing issues; especially the European Commission, CoCom, ECC, ITU, ETSI, in determining the future strategies and policies of transition from IPv4 to IPv6, number portability, M2M. He has worked closely with international organizations such as ICANN, RIPE. After the restructuring formed by the merger of Türk Telekom, AVEA and TTNET companies, he served as Core & Transport Network Director.

Yusuf Kıraç served as the General Manager of Türk Telekom International between December 2016 and August 2018. As Assistant General Manager of Technology (CTO) at Türk Telekom since August 2018; He continues his leadership role in areas such as the planning of the company's fiber and digital transformation architecture, transitions to new generation wireless access networks such as LTE-A, Wifiv6, 5G, NFV, SDN, IMS, product and channel deduplication, service and network optimization, and cyber security. In addition to his current duty, Yusuf Kıraç also; Member of the Board of Directors in ESB (Access Providers Association), Member of the Board of Directors of ONF (Open Networking Foundation), Member of the Board of Directors of Türk Telekom Group Company NETSİA, headquartered in the USA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Türk Telekom Youth and Sports Club and İnnova A. S.
