Carsten J. Sietas

Carsten J. Sietas has a range of work experience in sales and marketing roles within the maritime industry. Carsten J. currently holds the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at MacGregor, starting in January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TTS NMF GmbH as Vice President of Sales from January 2017 to December 2019, Senior Sales Manager from March 2016 to December 2016, and Sales Manager for Offshore & Heavy Lift from November 2013 to February 2016. From June 2011 to October 2013, Carsten was the Head of Sales & Project at Macor Marine GmbH, where they oversaw the global sales and project department and played a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence in the Chinese and Russian markets. Before that, they worked as a Sales Manager for Newbuilding at J.J. Sietas KG Schiffswerft GmbH u. Co. from March 2010 to May 2011.

Carsten J. Sietas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Science and Management from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Before that, they completed their University-entrance diploma at Gymnasium Finkenwerder from 1990 to 2003. In 2003, they also spent a year at the Federal Armed Forces, where they achieved the rank of Private First Class.
