Lotta Seikkala-Tierala

Lotta Seikkala-Tierala has a diverse work experience in HR and consulting roles. Lotta currently holds the position of Director HR Development/HR Director Global Functions at MacGregor. In this role, they are responsible for talent management and the development of people, organization, and culture. Lotta also acts as a strategic HR partner for the Fishery and Research business line. Prior to their current role, Lotta worked as a Senior HRD Manager/HR business partner at MacGregor at Cargotec.

Before joining MacGregor, Lotta worked at PwC as a Senior Talent Manager and an HRD Manager/HR Business Partner. Lotta also gained experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy as a Senior Consultant in the Advisory, Performance Improvement, People & Change department. Lotta has a strong background in HR and change consulting projects, particularly in the public sector.

In addition to their professional experience, Lotta started their career as a trainee at the Ministry of Education/Finnish Sports Federation.

Lotta Seikkala-Tierala received their Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki. Their major was in Political Science/Management, with a minor in Studies of European Union and Political History. Lotta completed their degree between the years 2001 and 2006.
