Paul Glandt

Paul Glandt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul started their career in 1980 as a Marine Surveyor and Apprentice at Ohio River Company. Paul also served in the US Navy Reserve as a Commanding Officer/Captain from 1980 to 2010. In 1986, they joined Wärtsilä, where they held various positions such as Service Coordinator/Engineer, Regional Service Manager, and General Manager of Service. Paul'sresponsibilities included managing after-sales operations, technical support, and customer service. Paul then became the Managing Director and later the Sales Manager in the Ship Power division. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the GM of Marketing and Business Development for Marine Solutions in the Americas. Since 2016, they have been associated with MacGregor, where they first served as the Director of the Americas Global Service Division and currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Business Development.

Paul Glandt attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1976 to 1980, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marine Engineering. From 1985 to 1988, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the University of New Orleans. In 1993 and 1994, Paul attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on Management / Quality Systems.
