Angela Huang

Angela co-founded TTW Solutions with Tim and is the President & CEO. Angela leads the company with strategy formulation, industry partnership, customer relationship, implementation, and evaluation of financial investments to help position the company’s business, financial, and technical infrastructure for competitive advantage and successful support of the company's growth and development. Angela leads all aspects of finance and accounting, contracts, pricing, human resources, and corporate administration. Angela oversees the company's various contracts to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well-defined and maintained. Angela oversees the company’s delivery of quality solutions and services in meeting the customer’s most critical challenges.

Angela has almost 20 years of IT and management consulting experience on highly visible federal government contracts implementing a full software development lifecycle. Angela has technical know-how and experience including but not limited to requirements analysis, Oracle development and middle-ware technologies, Java software development, SQL Server, SQL, waterfall, and Agile methodologies. Throughout her career, Angela has supported government customers including the Department of Commerce (DOC).

Angela earned an MBA degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Kelley School of Business, and a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems (BIS) from Utah State University. Angela is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified professional. Angela is an active member of the community, participates in charitable work, and is a member of several businesses, and technical and chamber organizations.
