David Bell is an experienced professional in programme management and research, currently serving as a Senior Programme Manager at The Sutton Trust since September 2023. David has held various roles, including Programme Manager at The Sutton Trust, Commercial Fast Streamer at the Cabinet Office, and Assistant Manager in Government and Infrastructure at Deloitte.
