James Morris

Professor - Applied Mathematics

James Morris is a Professor of Applied Mathematics at Eindhoven University of Technology, where their research focuses on climate-resilient asset strategies and renewable energy systems. Previously, they served as a Lecturer in Applied Mathematics and Sustainable Systems at UCL from 2020 to 2023, specializing in renewable energy economics and machine learning techniques. James has extensive experience in project finance and economic advisory roles, having worked with Mizuho Corporate Bank, PA Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY, and BNP Paribas Asset Management. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Physics at Boston College, along with an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Vermont.
