Cristina Hernández Lería

Cristina Hernández Lería has a strong background in legal and corporate advisory work. Cristina started their career in 2000 as an Assistant at Esso Española, S.L. In 2001, they interned in the Annual Accounts Department at Registro Mercantil de Madrid. Cristina then joined Lener Asesores in 2003, where they initially worked as an intern in the Corporate Department before becoming a Partner. At Lener Asesores, Cristina provided ongoing advice to national and foreign clients, specializing in drafting and negotiating civil and commercial agreements, advising on corporate and contractual matters, and ensuring compliance. Cristina also served as secretary/deputy secretary of the Board of Directors for several companies. Their expertise extends to M&A transactions, where they led due diligence processes and participated in negotiating share purchase agreements and related documents. In 2014, Cristina became a Liaison Member for Biolegis in Spain. In 2020, they co-founded Tu Lecho al Techo, a company focused on space optimization and the exclusive distribution of European ceiling beds to professional and individual clients.
