Aaron Sander

Aaron Sander is a researcher at the Technical University of Munich, working under Prof. Dr. since January 2023. Previously, Aaron served as a Quantum Research Scientist at Quantinuum, where exploratory research in quantum simulation methods was conducted within the Condensed Matter Group. At Intel Corporation, Aaron held multiple positions, including a working student role in Silicon Design and responsibilities for lab management and software tool development. Aaron's earlier experience includes hardware development support at Bourns, Inc., an undergraduate research assistant role at the University of Michigan, and research assistance at CURENT. Aaron's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, a Master's degree in Quantum Science and Technology from the same institution, Bachelor's degrees in Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Michigan, along with a high school diploma from Farragut High School.
