Michael Weber is a research associate at Technische Universität München since June 2020, focusing on AI and digitalization projects in collaboration with notable partners in the automotive, energy, and public sectors. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a visiting research fellow at QUT Centre for the Digital Economy, conducting a joint research project on the "Economy of Algorithms" with Professor Marek Kowalkiewicz. Michael's experience also includes a position as a research assistant in software development at SAP UCC Munich, where application development was a primary responsibility, and as a working student at mgm technology partners GmbH, focused on software test automation. Michael obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems from Technical University of Munich and conducted research at Queensland University of Technology as part of a master's thesis. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatik from Technical University of Munich.
