Rita Laukemper

Rita Laukemper is a seasoned project manager currently leading EIT Food initiatives at TUM since November 2022. With previous leadership experience as Stellvertretende Arbeitsgruppenleitung at TUM from September 2014 to October 2020, Rita has effectively managed the planning and coordination of research projects, both nationally and internationally, while also guiding technical staff and students. Rita's background includes a specialization in food technology, obtained through a Dipl.-Ing. degree from Technische Universität Berlin and a doctoral degree in grain technology from Technical University of Munich. Additional experience includes conducting high-frequency heating research at Fraunhofer Institute and roles in quality assurance and development with well-known companies.
