Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips is an experienced communications manager at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, a position held since 2008. Prior roles include serving as a production lead in the patient monitor division at Welch Allyn from 2000 to 2004, and as the owner of Airtech Avionics Services from 1990 to 1997, specializing in avionics sales, service, and installations. Brian holds an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Technical Trades Institute, earned between 1985 and 1987.
