Clark I. Balfour

Clark Balfour is currently a board member at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue. Clark previously worked as a finance coordinator for the Beaverton School District from January 1998 to July 2009. Prior to that, they were an audit manager for Goodell Porter and Fredericks, LLP from May 1989 to December 1995.
