Ray Lesperance

Ray Lesperance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and manufacturing supervision. Currently serving as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue since November 2022, Ray previously held key positions at Oregon Tool, where responsibilities included supervising three cost centers and 57 team members while collaborating with various departments on new product implementation. Ray's earlier roles included Sr. Blanking Supervisor at Blount International, Inc. and Maintenance Manager at Milgard Windows & Doors, among others, with a focus on continuous improvement and budgetary control throughout a career that began in 1985. Ray's educational background includes studies at Clackamas Community College.
