Tualatin Valley Water District
Andrew Barrett is an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in managing capital projects, including storm and sewer replacements, road widenings, and green infrastructure implementations. Currently employed at Tualatin Valley Water District since August 2017, Andrew has previously held positions as Project Engineer and Engineering Tech III at the City of Beaverton, where significant contributions included creating construction documents and mapping stormwater sheds. Prior experience includes roles at AAI Engineering and Alpha Community Development, focusing on planning and engineering plan sets for various commercial and residential projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology, earned from 1998 to 2002.

TVWD provides water to about 220,000 people over more than 44 square miles of Washington County, Oregon, including portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Unincorporated Washington County. We are very fortunate to have: several high quality water sources and are constructing an additional resilient supply system from the Willamette River in partnership with the City of Hillsboro and the City of Beaverton.
