Shayna O'Doran, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Tualatin Valley Water District since February 2022, Shayna has held multiple HR roles at Avamere Family of Companies from June 2019 to May 2023, including Human Resources Administrator, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, and Director of HR and Staffing. Previous positions include Staffing Manager at Home Care Assistance and Office Coordinator at Medix™, among others. Shayna began a career in Human Resources while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, graduating in 2016.

TVWD provides water to about 220,000 people over more than 44 square miles of Washington County, Oregon, including portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Unincorporated Washington County. We are very fortunate to have: several high quality water sources and are constructing an additional resilient supply system from the Willamette River in partnership with the City of Hillsboro and the City of Beaverton.
