Dominika Szalonka

Dominika Szalonka has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Dominika is currently working as the Head of HR at TUATARA since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Advisor and HR Consultant at their own company, Dominika Szalonka, starting from April 2018. Before that, they served as the People and Culture Manager at Daftcode from March 2021 to May 2023, and as an HR Business Partner in the same company from April 2018 to March 2021.

Earlier in their career, Dominika worked as a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist at Devire from January 2017 to March 2018. In this role, they managed end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT contracting sector and built relationships with key clients. Dominika also coached junior consultants and executed full life-cycle recruitment.

Before joining Devire, Dominika worked as an HR Specialist at Getin Noble Bank S.A. from July 2016 to December 2016, and as an HR Assistant at Groupon from June 2015 to July 2016.

Dominika Szalonka began their education at the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in 2011. Dominika studied psychology at this institution until 2014. Following that, they attended the University of Warsaw from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in psychology. Their field of study remained psychology throughout their educational journey.
