Ilya Bykov

Ilya Bykov is an experienced QHSE Manager with a strong background in integrated management systems, quality control, and safety compliance across various industries. Currently serving at TUBACEX since March 2024, Ilya focuses on the development and certification of management systems and API monogram licensing. Previous roles include leading QHSE initiatives for PCM SA in the Great Middle East region, managing project improvements at the Dubai Development Authority, and enhancing quality management systems at Hunting and Schlumberger. With an Engineer's Degree from Ufa State Petroleum Technological University, Ilya has consistently demonstrated expertise in achieving ISO certifications and driving continuous improvement in safety and quality standards throughout a diverse range of projects.
