Luiz Oliveira

Luiz Oliveira currently serves as the Managing Director for TUBACEX in Brazil, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this, Luiz Oliveira spent 20 years at Tenaris, where responsibilities included managing operations across South Sub-Saharan Africa and leading various business units focused on industrial applications, distribution markets, and deepwater line pipe products in the USA. Additional roles encompassed coordinating global sales strategies and establishing a Tenaris branch in Angola. Luiz Oliveira commenced the career at Tenaris in business development and has since contributed to several operational areas, focusing on customer relationships and market expansion. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from EEL - USP, attained between 1993 and 1997.
