Cara Bomar Towles

Cara Bomar Towles has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing and production. Cara started as an Intern in the Broadcasting Department of the Arizona Cardinals Football Club in 2009, where they assisted with the production of broadcast and video content for the team's games and television programs. In 2010, they joined Azusa Pacific University's media services department as a Camera and Chyron Operator, responsible for filming and producing video segments for chapel services and campus events. Cara also worked as a Film Student, taking on various roles such as writer, director, producer, and editor for student short films during their time at the university.

Cara continued to gain industry experience through internships, including an Assistant Editor Intern role at P&L MEDIA, LLC in 2013, where they assisted in creating reality sizzle reels and promotional packages. Cara also worked as a Post Production Intern at Siren Digital during the same year, contributing to the final delivery of visual effects and post-production for film, television, commercial, and new media projects.

In 2014, Cara joined FBE as a Senior Editor and held the position until 2021. During their tenure, they took on a lead role in editing video content. In the same year, they also worked as a Freelance Video Editor for Ranker. In 2021, they became the Lead Editor at TubeScience. Currently, Cara is working as a Freelance Video Editor for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
