Dante Avery

Dante Avery serves as the Head of Security at Tubi and holds positions as a Board Member at Lymbic AI and Chief Executive Officer at Oak Street Security, all since 2023. Previously, Dante was Engineering Manager for Application Security and Infrastructure Security Partnership at Netflix from 2021 to 2023, and spent over eight years at Microsoft in various roles including Principal Engineering Manager for the Yammer product. Notable accomplishments at Microsoft include leading compliance efforts for GDPR and ISO standards, building security teams, and serving as a speaker at Microsoft Ignite. Early experience includes roles as an Application Security Engineer at Scottrade, and an IT intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Dante earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
