Rich Bloom

Rich Bloom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and operations in the digital media sector. Currently serving as GM of Creator Programs and EVP of Business Development at Tubi since April 2025, Rich previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Vimeo, including SVP & GM for Commercial & OTT and SVP for Business Development & Partnerships, from September 2014 to April 2025. Rich also led OpenSky as President before its acquisition by Alibaba, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Onswipe. Rich holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University.
