Lenka M. is a Senior Youtube Specialist at tubics since November 2022, focusing on organic growth for corporate clients' YouTube channels through audits, content strategy definition, SEO optimization, data analysis, and training junior colleagues. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Consultant at PwC from November 2021 to June 2022, where Lenka managed a merger project between two banks in Serbia, coordinating stakeholders and overseeing project timelines. Additionally, Lenka gained customer service skills as a Server at Hard Rock Cafe from April 2018 to September 2019, and demonstrated leadership as the Volunteers Lead for Hack Kosice from August 2018 to May 2019. As CEO of Irdify from December 2015 to September 2016, Lenka led a team of 22 in designing a universal infrared remote controller and achieved second place in the JA Europe Company of the Year Competition 2016. Lenka holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and Social Sciences from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and participated in the Beyond Borders Virtual Exchange Program at the University of Technology Sydney in January 2021.
