Cengiz Huroglu

Cengiz Huroglu is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software architecture and project management. At TUBITAK BILGEM BTE since April 2009, Cengiz has led and developed key projects involving deep learning solutions and forensic image and video processing. Previously, Cengiz served as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager at Dijipark, developing a network management system for Türk Telekom's IPTV infrastructure. As a co-founder of Signera Bilgisayar Yazılım Sistemleri, Cengiz was instrumental in establishing one of Turkey's first mobile software development teams and creating enterprise mobile applications. Cengiz began a career in software engineering at 121 Metre, contributing to SMS gateway and campaign management systems. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Özyeğin University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
