Michael Allen

Michael Allen has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at Tubular Steel Inc. since June 2013, where responsibilities include the deployment and maintenance of the desktop environment and addressing hardware and application issues across various locations. Prior experience includes serving as Global Tournament Director for the Cyberathlete Professional League from January 2006 to June 2008, overseeing international events and coordinating with organizers. Additionally, Michael worked at RGA Reinsurance Co. from August 2001 to January 2006, providing computer support for a large office and participating in global support on-call duties. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Systems Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Security, both from Colorado Technical University, along with earlier studies at St. Louis Community College and Pattonville.
