Dumisani Sizwe Madonsela

Dumisani Sizwe Madonsela is an experienced Rigger Supervisor currently employed at Tubular Technical Construction (Pty) Ltd since January 2010, progressing from Rigger to Rigger Foreman in 2007. With a career in rigging that began in 2005 at Tubular Steel Inc, Dumisani specializes in large-scale lifts, managing operations involving modules weighing up to 160 tons and ducting lifts between 95 and 110 tons with multiple cranes. Dumisani enjoys the daily challenges of the role and the opportunity for continuous learning and growth, having transitioned from using smaller cranes to operating heavy-duty cranes, including those with lifting capacities of up to 1200 tons. Education credentials include a qualification in Rigging from Olifantsfontein, completed from 2011 to 2013.
