Annabelle Baumal

Annabelle Baumal has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Contract Manager at TUC RAIL since 2014, where responsibilities include managing strategic contracts for Infrabel's signalling programs. Previously, Annabelle held the positions of Program Manager and Project Engineer at TUC RAIL from 2011 to 2014 and 2007 to 2011, respectively, where Annabelle coordinated key projects related to the Belgian railway network. Prior to TUC RAIL, Annabelle was a Field Application Engineer/Project Manager at TELEMIS, overseeing projects related to medical technology installations in Belgium, France, and Italy. Annabelle began a career in fiscal administration at FOD Financiën while completing university studies. Annabelle holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Information Technology Engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor in Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain.
