François Plompen

François Plompen has over a decade of experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Methods Officer HR at TUC RAIL since October 2011. Previous positions at TUC RAIL include Payroll Officer and HR Administrator, with responsibilities in compensation and benefits, managing employee schedules, vacation planning for approximately 100 staff, and handling various administrative tasks. Prior to TUC RAIL, François worked at Fluxys N.V./S.A. as a Technico-Administrative Employee, responsible for electronic document management and organizing departmental meetings. François's career began at Pizza Hut Waterloo, where duties included food preparation and team leadership. François holds a CESS degree in English and Social Sciences from Institut Vallée Bailly, completed between 1998 and 2005.
