Nadine Gits

Nadine Gits is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and improvement initiatives. Currently serving as Improvement Program Manager at TUC RAIL since August 2020, Nadine leads internal improvement initiatives and change management efforts. As the Owner and Managing Director of bvba Jean Dirix & Cie since January 1997, Nadine has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Leadership Development Program at Crestcom Belgium from April 2013 to July 2020, Application Services Manager at HP from August 2003 to April 2013, Project and Product Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1996 to 2003, and Project Manager at DHL from 1993 to 1995. Nadine holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Université de Namur, earned between 1988 and 1993, following an earlier education at Institut des Dames de Marie from 1975 to 1988.
