Bianca Cercel

Bianca Cercel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, public procurement, construction law, and FIDIC contracts. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii since November 2019, Bianca has previously worked as an Associate in the same firm and as a Lawyer at Murar & Asociații, where responsibilities included corporate, commercial, tax, insolvency, contract review, and debt recovery. Bianca holds a Master of Laws degree in Public Procurement, Concessions, and Public-Private Partnership from the University of Bucharest, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same institution.
