Roxana Pana

Roxana Pana is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various domains including environment, corporate law, data privacy, IT, IP, and E-commerce. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii since September 2014, Roxana previously held the position of Senior Associate, providing expertise in banking, finance, aviation, and telecommunications. Roxana's experience includes crucial secondments at Novartis as an Ethics, Risk & Compliance Senior Specialist and as Head of Legal, as well as a role at BCR as a Legal Advisor in the Corporate Governance Department. Roxana's foundational legal education was obtained from the University of Bucharest, where a Bachelor in Law was earned from 2003 to 2007.
