Valentin Moga-Shaban

Valentin Moga-Shaban has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Managing Associate at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii since February 2014, previously holding the roles of Senior Associate and Avocat within the same firm. Prior to this, Valentin held the position of Avocat at SCA Mateescu & Mateescu from February 2012 to February 2014, and at Cabinet avocat Narcis Dragomir from January 2010 to January 2012. The legal career began at Cabinet de avocat Daciana Paler, where Valentin worked as an Avocat from September 2007 to January 2010. Education includes a Licentiate degree in Law from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, obtained between 2003 and 2007, and a bacalaureat in Social Sciences from Colegiul National "Horia, Closca si Crisan" Alba Iulia, completed in 2003.
