Additionally, Juan Carlos managed the sales force and handled negotiations with distributors and clients.

Juan Carlos's career began in 1994 when they worked as the Sales Sub-Manager at Chilesat S.A. In this role, they led the reorganization of regional sales teams, devised and implemented goal-setting systems for the entire client portfolio, and analyzed market shares and budget planning.

Finally, from March 1991 to August 1994, Juan Carlos worked as a Sales Sub-Manager at Soc. Agrícola King Ltda. (Pollos King).
