Dick concentrates his practice in the field of litigation, particularly appellate litigation. He has argued cases in the United States Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts. Dick has handled a variety of civil cases involving general commercial transaction claims, trusts & estates, letters of credit, insurance coverage, workers’ compensation, ERISA benefits and employment issues.
