Melodie Randolph is an experienced professional in the retail industry with a strong background in quality control and business management. Currently serving as a Fragrance Business Manager at Dillard's Inc. since July 2015, Melodie previously held the position of Tabletop Specialist at Bloomingdale's from January 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included clienteling and driving growth in the Tabletop Business, with a focus on brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Waterford Crystal, and Christofle Silver. Melodie also has experience in quality control at Tucker Castleberry Printing. An alumna of The University of Alabama, Melodie earned a degree between 1976 and 1980.
